As CEO of Single Site Solutions, John Terzakis is responsible for the financial, real estate and development divisions of the company. His strategic planning and daily involvement in the company ensures it’s success. John has a unique vision of how to solve the needs of the community and with his experience he has the ability to make that vision a reality. Mr. Terzakis has developed relationships in many industries and capitalizes on this network to solidify his developments.

John began his career over thirty years ago working for the family business, Danny Boy Oil Company, a gasoline distribution company founded by his father.  John took over the business in 1977 and immediately evaluated the company assets which consisted of over 200 retail gasoline locations.  Through the years, John diversified by having the company begin selling to wholesale accounts and by developing real estate projects.  It was from the family business that the real estate / development division began.  Mr. Terzakis has developed and worked with national tenants from food, banking and retail industries.  He has purchased and developed properties ranging from 1 acre to 60 plus in size.

Currently all projects Single Site Solutions is responsible for have been designed by John and his image of what that project should become, his knowledge of real estate and development have aided the company to become the success it is today. In an unusual manner, Single Site Solutions has maintained operations in the economic downturn that the industry has seen in recent years. John Terzakis is the key to helping keep the income and earnings ahead of the curve during these times, his vision and direction are what drives the employees to keep giving their best and succeed at meeting the budgets and limiting waste on each project. John has brought a green way of thinking to many projects, and those which get approved by the local offices have brought a cleaner environmental impact within those neighborhoods. Part of this strategy includes the green rooftops, use of rainwater to irregate the landscape and solar powered buildings to decrease expenses.

Jennifer LaSota, President

As President, Ms. LaSota is responsible for the day to day operations and management of Single Site Solutions Corp and Single Site Construction.  She has an active role in the design development, planning, project management, construction administration, accounting and legal aspects of the company.

Ms. LaSota has extensive experience in all aspects of development and construction phases including: site layout, design, entitlement, cost estimating, bidding, project management and construction management in both large multi building developments as well as single site developments.  Her work history includes:

Ms. LaSota holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Northern Illinois University, which she received in 1984.

Anne Storer, In-house Legal Counsel

Ms. Storer is responsible for much of the day to day real estate transactional legal work for Single Site Solutions Corp. and its subsidiaries.  Anne has extensive experience as an attorney, and specializes in the acquisition and sale of commercial property and negotiation of commercial leases.

Ms. Storer received a Bachelor of Arts degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of California at Berkeley, and her J.D. Degree from UCLA.

Timothy Cahill, Controller

Timothy has a BA in accounting, a BA in Organizational Management and is working towards obtaining his MBA.

Timothy has a very diverse background in accounting: Not for Profit, residential development, residential and commercial property management & construction are a few of the various projects he has worked on.  He has managed complete transition and implementation of accounting software systems.  Prior to working at Single Site Solutions Corp, he has worked for Urban Investment Trust (1999-2001) specializing in Residential, CHA, Senior Housing (Morse Project), Condo & Apartment Management.  From 1997 to 1999 Timothy worked for Ranquist Home Builders and specialized in Residential Land Development, Single Family Housing, and Project Management.

Ken Kuchler, Project Manager

Mr. Kuchler is a Project Manager for Single Site Solutions, and Single Site Construction.  He is responsible for the day to day management of multiple projects during the acquisition and development period.  Tasks include feasibility studies, cost estimates, planning, entitlement, scheduling and permitting.
Ken has been involved in large multi-building developments such as Gateway Center, Dominick’s Finer Foods, and Jewel Foods / Albertson, as well as single site development such as Seven-Eleven / Citgo, tenant build outs, and in-line retail.  Ken also has extensive experience in construction management as well.  Prior to joining Single Site Solutions, Ken worked as a Construction Manager for Dominick’s Finer Foods, where he oversaw the construction of numerous Dominick’s stores.  Mr. Kuchler takes an active role in the development of his projects from conception to completion.  Ken’s work history includes:
