About Single Site Solutions

With 30 years experience in real estate development, John D. Terzakis formed Single Site Solutions Corp. in 2001 with the idea of creating a dynamic, multifaceted real estate development and investment firm. John Terzakis and SSSC have developed over 1.5 million square feet of retail, residential, industrial, and office projects. SSSC’s diverse development portfolio includes a 350,000 square foot national grocer anchored transit linked shopping center, 17 in-line shopping centers, over 50 single-tenant build to suits, three medical office buildings, over 350,000 square feet of industrial space, and over 57 units of attached residential housing.

SSSC has the experience and internal capacity to manage a wide array of development projects. Our staff of over 20 employees includes a full construction and development team with an in-house planning staff, project and construction managers, superintendents and carpenters, a legal department, and a full service accounting and financial team. Our strong group of seasoned real estate professionals allows SSSC to be highly efficient and self-sufficient in all facets of real estate development, including financial structuring, acquisitions, legal, design, development and construction.

Our name, Single Site Solutions, reflects our ideology. Our family will treat each single project as if it were our only project. We pride ourselves on finding solutions where others see barriers.
